Since 1975, the demand for air travel in Lebanon has consistently risen by 2.9% each year. In the global rankings for 2023, Lebanon held the 67th position, with Jordan surpassing it at the same figure of 3.44 million passengers. Leading the rankings were China, India, and Ireland, occupying the second, third, and fourth spots respectively.
