Meanwhile, its pipeline length is expected to decrease by an average of 1.2% annually, reaching 2,730 kilometres in 2026. In 2021, Romania took the third spot with 2,880 kilometres, behind Italy. Italy, Romania and Poland were the second, third and fourth largest countries in this ranking.
