Sales of British printing inks are forecast to drop by 12.8% in 2021, compared to 2000 when they fell 10.8%. Italy overtook the UK to come in fifth place, while the Netherlands, Spain and Italy occupied the other top four spots. Exports of British printing inks will see a marginal 0.1% increase in 2021, compared to 1998 when they decreased by 2%. Japan came top in 2021, followed by the Netherlands, the US and Japan in second, third and fourth place respectively. Imports of British printing inks are expected to rise by 0.8% in 2021, compared to 1998 when demand fell by 0.2%. The Netherlands came top in 2021, followed by France, the US and the Netherlands in second, third and fourth place respectively.
