Namibia's energy supply is set to reach 2.2 million tonnes of oil equivalent by 2026, up 1.2% each year. Between 1996 and 2021, the supply has grown at an average rate of 0.5% per year. In 2021, Namibia ranked 130th in the world in terms of energy supply, with 2.03 million tonnes of oil equivalent. Cyprus was ahead of Namibia, with 2.03 million tonnes of oil equivalent. The US, India and Russia were number two, three and four, respectively.
