Czech renewable energy production is expected to reach nearly 10 terawatthours by 2026, according to a new report. That's up from 8.6 terawatthours in 2021, a 2.4% annual growth rate. Since 1998, Czech renewable energy supply has grown at an average rate of 3% each year. Last year, the country ranked 19th in the world. Romania overtook the Czech Republic to take the 18th spot, with 8.6 terawatthours of renewable energy production. The United Kingdom, Spain, and Italy ranked second, third, and fourth respectively.
