Moroccan air passenger traffic is set to reach nearly 5 million people by 2026, according to a recent report. This is a 2.1% decrease from 2021, when it was at 3.6 million. Since 1975, the demand has dropped 14.3% on average each year. Morocco ranked 47th in 2021, with Poland taking the lead with 3.6 million passengers. The United States, India and Ireland respectively came in second, third and fourth place in the ranking. Moroccan airline revenue is set to reach $1.45 billion by 2026, which is a 0.5% yearly decline from 2021, when it was at $1.36 billion. Since 2013, the market has remained the same year-on-year. Morocco was 18th in 2021, with Iceland overtaking it with $1.36 billion. Germany, the United Kingdom and Ireland came in second, third and fourth respectively.
