The import of metal products in Kyrgyzstan is projected to rise to approximately $17 million by 2028, up from about $16 million in 2023. This represents an annual growth rate of 0.7%. Since 2000, however, the country's demand for metal products has seen a yearly decline of 1.6%. On the export front, Kyrgyzstan's metal product shipments are expected to drop to roughly $2.6 million by 2028, down from about $2.8 million in 2023. This decline is occurring at a rate of 1.2% annually. Since 2000, the supply of metal products from Kyrgyzstan has decreased by 1.7% each year.
