Tobagonian food production is set to reach $358 million by 2026, according to a recent report. The report showed that production in 2021 was $355 million and will grow by a rate of 0.1% year-on-year. Since 1966, food production in Tobago has grown by around 1% each year. In 2021, the country ranked 127th in the world, with East Timor overtaking it with $355 million in production. India, the United States and Brazil came in second, third and fourth in this ranking.
