Pakistan's food production is on the rise, with an average annual growth of 1.4%. In 2021, it reached $62 billion, up from $57 billion in the previous year. This makes it the tenth largest producer in the world. Iran has overtaken Pakistan, with production at $56 billion. India, the US and Brazil follow, ranking second, third and fourth, respectively. Since 1966, Pakistan's food production has increased by 2.1% each year.
