Iranian phosphate import is set to reach $14 million by 2026, growing at an average rate of 1.6% each year. The country ranked 26th in 2021, behind Italy, which imported $12.5 million in the same year. The United States, Indonesia and Lithuania came in second, third and fourth respectively. Since 2002, Iranian demand for phosphate has decreased by an average of 3.6% year on year.
