Bulgarian exports of polyamides are projected to fall by almost 3% per year on average, from 107,530 kilograms in 2021 to 91,750 kilograms in 2026. This follows a 21.9% yearly increase since 2001. In 2021, Slovakia was the top exporter with 107,530 kilograms, followed by the United States, Italy and the Netherlands at numbers 2, 3 and 4 respectively. Meanwhile, imports of polyamides are expected to increase by an average of 3.5% per year, from 2,550,300 kilograms in 2021 to 3,185,100 kilograms in 2026. This follows a 7.4% yearly increase since 2001. In 2021, Egypt was the top importer with 2,550,300 kilograms, while China, India and the United States were at numbers 2, 3 and 4 respectively.
