Zambia's natural rubber imports fell by almost 30% in 2021 compared to 2020. Imports totalled $140,480, making the country number 89 on the list. This is a significant drop since 2000, when demand was down by 36.6% year on year. Zimbabwe came ahead of Zambia with $140,480, followed by the United States, Malaysia and Japan. In 2015, Zambia's natural rubber exports reached close to $83,000, up from $41,490 in 2014. This made Zambia number 64 on the list. Norway was number 1 with $82,840, followed by Indonesia, Ivory Coast and Malaysia.
