Israelis are set to produce 1,530 metric tons of yogurt in 2026, a 1.6 percent increase from the 1,400 tons produced in 2021. Since 2012, the country's yogurt production has grown by 0.7 percent each year. In 2021, Israel was the seventh-largest producer of yogurt, behind Cyprus with 1,400 metric tons. Togo, Uruguay, and Indonesia followed in second, third, and fourth place, respectively.
