Since 2012, the country's yogurt production has grown by 0.7 percent each year. In 2021, Israel was the seventh-largest producer of yogurt, behind Cyprus with 1,400 metric tons. Togo, Uruguay, and Indonesia followed in second, third, and fourth place, respectively.
