Bicycle imports to Uganda have declined 13.7% in 2021 compared to the previous year. This is the lowest figure since 1999, when demand was down by 12.7%. In 2018, exports of bicycles from Uganda fell 23% compared to the previous year. This is the lowest figure since 1999, when supply was down by 17.9%. Ukraine overtook Uganda, coming in at number 46, while Japan, Portugal and Italy came in at numbers 2, 3 and 4 respectively.
