Hungarian bicycle exports are projected to decrease by 17.7% in the next five years. In 2021, the country was ranked 23rd in the world, with 36,060 units exported. This was far behind the top exporter, the United States, which exported 108,110 units. Japan, Portugal, and Italy were the next three biggest exporters. Meanwhile, Hungarian imports of bicycles are expected to grow by 1.8% annually over the same period. In 2021, 185,660 units were imported, a decrease of 1.6% since 2005.
