Pakistani bicycle imports are on the rise and set to hit 1.8 million units by 2026, according to a recent report. Import figures have jumped 21.5% year on year since 2008 and currently stand at 1.4 million units. On the other hand, exports have decreased 12.8% since 2017, reaching 348 units in 2018. This places Pakistan at number 55 in the global ranking, behind Uganda. Japan, Portugal and Italy are the top three exporters respectively.
