Since 1998, the supply of hotels in Hungary has decreased by an average of 1.4% year-on-year. In 2021, Hungary was ranked 17th in terms of hotel rooms, behind Croatia with 68,920 rooms. The United Kingdom, Germany and Spain came in second, third and fourth respectively.
