This marks a rise from the 63,920 bedrooms counted in 2023, reflecting a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 0.6%. Since 1995, Finland's hotel room supply has consistently grown by an average of 1.2% annually. In 2023, Finland ranked 19th globally in terms of available hotel rooms, with Ireland just ahead, also at 63,920 bedrooms. Leading the rankings were Germany, Spain, and France, holding the second, third, and fourth positions respectively. In terms of occupancy, Finnish hotels saw a dip at the end of 2021. The occupancy level fell to 42.1% in December 2021, down from 47.9% in November 2021. This decrease was noted in comparison to the previous year's figures.
