Guyanese vinegar imports are set to rise in the coming years. By 2026, imports are expected to reach 112,520 kilograms, a 2.7% annual growth rate from 2021. Since 1997, demand in Guyana has grown 6% each year. In 2021, Guyana was ranked 116th in terms of vinegar imports. Tanzania was ahead, importing 96,120 kilograms. Italy, Germany and France were the top three importers, respectively. In 2018, Guyanese vinegar exports reached 3,300 kilograms, up 48.5% from 2017. Since 2004, however, supply in Guyana has decreased by 35.7% annually.
