Meanwhile, imports of Japanese vinegar are projected to drop by 15.2% each year on average, falling from 2.5 million kilograms in 2021 to one million kilograms by 2026. Japan was the 44th largest importer of vinegar in 2021, with Mexico coming in first, followed by Italy, Germany, and France.
