Korean vinegar exports are set to reach 13 million kilograms by 2026, a 3.7% increase from the 10 million kilograms exported in 2021. Since 1993, exports have grown at an average rate of 11.9% each year. In 2021, Korea ranked 16th in exports, overtaken by Iran with 10 million kilograms. Italy, Germany and Greece held the top three slots in the ranking. Korean vinegar imports are expected to reach 4.5 million kilograms by 2026, a 2.8% increase from the 3.7 million kilograms imported in 2021. Since 1993, imports have grown at an average rate of 4.9% each year. In 2021, Korea ranked 34th in imports, overtaken by the Philippines with 3.7 million kilograms. Italy, Germany and France held the top three spots in the ranking.
