In 2021, the country imported 379,860 kilograms of vinegar, a 2.4% increase from the previous year. This figure placed them 94th in the world, with Aruba leading the rankings. Italy, Germany and France followed in second, third and fourth place respectively. The total vinegar imported has declined by 1% annually since 2006. In 2000, Zimbabwe imported 884,110 kilograms of vinegar, however this had fallen to 379,860 kilograms by 2021.
