Meanwhile, exports of Maltese vinegar are expected to reach 19,060 kilograms by 2026, growing at a rate of 0.8% year on year. Since 2005, the country's supply has decreased by 0.1% each year. In 2021, Malta placed 80th in the world for vinegar exports, with Egypt coming in just ahead at 18,180 kilograms. Italy, Germany and Greece followed, respectively, as numbers 2, 3 and 4 in the ranking.
