Sales of vinegar in Croatia are predicted to dip slightly to 6 million litres by 2026. This is a 0.7% decrease from 2021's figure of 6.3 million litres. Since 2006, sales have dropped by 5.1% each year. Serbia was the biggest market at 6.3 million litres, while France, Italy and Spain came in second, third and fourth. Croatia's vinegar exports are predicted to increase to 3.6 million kilograms by 2026, a 2.3% rise from 2021's figure of 3.1 million kilograms. Since 1997, exports have risen by 8.7% annually. Brazil led the way with 3.1 million kilograms, followed by Italy, Germany and Greece. Finally, Croatia's vinegar imports are forecast to increase to 10.5 million kilograms by 2026, a 3.5% increase from 2021's figure of 8.4 million kilograms. Since 1997, demand has grown 7.4% each year. Russia topped the list with 8.4 million kilograms, followed by Italy, Germany and France.
