Ukraine's vinegar import is projected to reach around 600,000 kilograms by 2026, growing by an average of 0.3% year-on-year. Since 2001, Ukrainian demand has increased by 5% annually. In 2021, Ukraine was ranked 81st with 588,480 kilograms. Nicaragua was ranked higher with the same volume. Italy, Germany and France were ranked 2nd, 3rd and 4th respectively. Meanwhile, Ukraine's vinegar export dropped to 95,000 kilograms in 2021 from 135,170 kilograms in 2020, a decrease of 29.7%. Since 2001, Ukrainian supply has decreased by 0.9% year-on-year. The country was ranked 65th in 2021, with Ireland surpassing it with the same volume. Italy, Germany and Greece took the 2nd, 3rd and 4th spots respectively.
