In 2021, Indonesia was the 51st largest importer of vinegar, with Thailand ahead at 1.6 million kilograms. Italy, Germany and France took the second, third and fourth spots, respectively. Exports of vinegar from Indonesia are forecast to reach 253,000 kilograms in 2026, down 0.7% per year. Since 1998, supply has decreased by 0.8% each year. In 2021, Indonesia was the 51st largest exporter of vinegar, with Sweden having higher exports at 263,000 kilograms. Italy, Germany and Greece held the second, third and fourth positions, respectively.
