In 2021, Switzerland came in 9th place, with the Netherlands surpassing it at €4.6 billion. Germany, Italy and the UK were the top three countries in terms of sales. Swiss cereal products production is set to grow to €4.9 billion by 2026, with a year-on-year average growth of 2.1%. Since 2014, Swiss production has risen by 1.6% annually. In 2021, Belgium took the lead at €4.4 billion, with Germany, Italy and the UK respectively coming in second, third and fourth.
