Ethiopian cement exports are set to reach $16 million by 2026, growing 3% year on year. Since 2002, exports have increased by nearly 18%. In 2021, Ethiopia was ranked 66th in cement exports, overtaken by Bosnia and Herzegovina with $13 million. Canada, Germany and the United Arab Emirates took the top three spots. Cement imports to Ethiopia declined from $5 million in 2015 to $1.3 million in 2016.
