In 2021, Iran topped the list with exports of $343 million, followed by Canada ($279 million), Germany ($269 million), and the United Arab Emirates ($250 million). Meanwhile, Japan's cement imports are expected to total $19 million in 2026, down 6.9% from 2021. This reflects an average yearly decline of 4.7% since 1993. In 2021, Kazakhstan led the way with imports of $29 million, followed by the Philippines ($22 million), Sri Lanka ($15 million), and China ($13 million).
