In 2021, Mozambique was the 95th largest exporter of cement, with the Philippines in first place at $1.9 million. Germany, Canada, and the United Arab Emirates ranked second, third, and fourth respectively. Mozambique's cement imports are projected to hit $71 million by 2026, a 0.7% average year-on-year growth since 2005. The country was the 38th largest importer in 2021, behind Thailand's $67 million. The Philippines, Sri Lanka, and China followed in second, third, and fourth place respectively.
