Meanwhile, Colombian cement exports decreased by 6.5%, from $4.7 million in 2017 to $4.4 million in 2018. Since 1996, exports have been on a downward trend, having dropped 6.9% annually. In 2018, Colombia was 82nd in terms of exports, with Ghana ahead of it with $4.4 million. Canada, Germany and the United Arab Emirates were the 2nd, 3rd and 4th largest exporters respectively.
