Namibian cement export is projected to drop by 10.6% annually over the next few years, reaching $1.1 million by 2026. In 2021, the country dropped to 94th place, with Bangladesh overtaking it at $2 million. Canada, Germany and the United Arab Emirates took the 2nd, 3rd and 4th spots, respectively. Meanwhile, cement import in Namibia was $1 million in 2021, a decrease of 46.6% from 2020's $1.9 million. Since 2005, demand for cement in the country has dropped by an average of 16.1% each year. In 2021, Kiribati was ahead at $1 million, followed by the Philippines, Sri Lanka and China.
