Macedonia's cement exports are set to reach $22 million by 2026, growing at an average rate of 1.6% year on year. This follows a 9.7% annual growth since 1999. In 2021, Macedonian exports totalled $19.8 million, placing the country at number 60 in the world rankings. Barbados overtook Macedonia at number 59 with exports of $19.8 million. Canada, Germany and the United Arab Emirates were the top three exporters, respectively. Macedonia's cement imports are set to reach $17 million by 2026, growing at an average rate of 0.6% year on year. This follows a 1.7% annual decrease since 1999. In 2021, Macedonian imports totalled $16.5 million, placing the country at number 92 in the world rankings. Lithuania overtook Macedonia at number 91 with imports of $16.5 million. The Philippines, Sri Lanka and China were the top three importers, respectively.
