I-Kiribati cement import is set to grow 2% year on year on average, reaching $1.6 million by 2026. Since 2004, demand in the country has increased 4.7% year on year. In 2021, I-Kiribati was the 130th largest importer of cement in the world, with Greenland coming ahead at $1.4 million. The Philippines, Sri Lanka and China followed, ranking 2nd, 3rd and 4th respectively.
