Madagascar overtook Aruba as the 123rd-largest exporter in 2021. Canada, Germany and the United Arab Emirates ranked 2nd, 3rd and 4th respectively. Aruban cement imports are expected to reach $6.5 million by 2026, from $6.2 million in 2021. Imports have been decreasing since 2014 at an average rate of 0.5% per year. Iran was the 113th-largest importer in 2021, with the Philippines, Sri Lanka and China coming in 2nd, 3rd and 4th respectively.
