Colombian exports of roofing materials are expected to decrease by almost 4% to around 14 million kilograms by 2026. This follows an average yearly increase of 2.8% since 1996. Ireland overtook Colombia in 2021, with exports of 17.7 million kilograms, with France, Hungary and Spain taking the 2nd, 3rd and 4th places respectively. Imports of roofing materials in Colombia are set to rise by 1.4% to around 47,500 kilograms by 2026. Demand has grown at an average rate of 247% since 1997, with Iceland overtaking Colombia in 2021 with imports of 43,000 kilograms. The UK, Romania and Bulgaria came in 2nd, 3rd and 4th positions respectively.
