Korean roofing exports are projected to fall by 3% annually and reach 61,000 tonnes by 2026. In 2021, the country was ranked 58th with 73,000 tonnes – Estonia overtook with 73,090 tonnes. France, Hungary and Spain ranked 2nd, 3rd and 4th respectively. Meanwhile, imports are estimated to increase by 3% a year, reaching 92 million tonnes by 2026. In 2021, Korea held 12th place with 77 million tonnes – Austria was ahead with 76,859,000 tonnes. The United Kingdom, Romania and Bulgaria took the next three spots. Since 1993, Korean demand has decreased by 1% annually.
