The European sold production of chocolate spreads in 2023 reveals a dominant share held by Italy with 63.79%, however, it experienced a slight decline of 2.18% from the previous year. Belgium, despite holding 16.32%, saw a significant increase of 15.61%, indicating a strong market position. While Spain and Greece witnessed declines of over 2%, countries like Serbia and Croatia saw impressive growth rates of 10.9% and 7.69%, respectively.
