A review of the 2023 data indicates Austria, Spain, and the Netherlands lead in primary solid biofuels consumption in construction across Europe. Ukraine and Romania saw significant growth in their biofuels usage, with year-on-year increases of 23.81% and 18.42%, respectively. Conversely, Bulgaria experienced a dramatic decrease of 56.42%.
