The BCG vaccine immunization coverage in Singapore has remained remarkably stable over the years. From 2013 to 2017, the coverage rate was consistently at 99%. A slight dip to 98% occurred in 2018 and continued at this rate through to 2023. The coverage for 2024 onwards is forecasted to maintain this stable trend, remaining at 98%.

In terms of year-on-year variation, there was a one-time drop of 1.01% in 2018, attributed to a decrease in coverage from 99% to 98%, which adjusted the compound annual growth rate (CAGR) to -0.2% over the last five years. Despite this minor dip, the CAGR stabilized at 0% for the subsequent years up to 2023 and is projected to continue at this level through to 2028.
