Year-on-year variations over the last two years have shown stability with slight increases of 0.11% annually. Over the last five years, this is reflected in a minimal compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 0.075%. Looking ahead, the forecast period from 2023 to 2028 predicts a very modest growth rate of 0.44% with an average annual increase of 0.09%.
Future trends to watch for include advancements in agricultural technology, climate change impacts, and potential changes in agricultural policies which could either stimulate higher yields or introduce challenges that might affect the forecasted increase.
