Iceland overtook Latvia in 2021, with its sales of €8.3 million. Germany, Spain and France respectively were the second, third and fourth largest markets in the ranking. Ice Cream Consumption is expected to reach €36.6 million by 2026. This follows an average increase of 0.2% year on year from 2020’s €36.2 million. Demand has dropped 0.9% year on year. France, Spain and the United Kingdom respectively were the second, third and fourth largest markets in the ranking.
