Ice cream sales in Finland are due to reach €4.2 million by 2026, a drop of 41.4% since 2021. Since 2013, consumption has fallen by 21.2% year on year. This year, Finland was ranked 15th in the world, overtaken by the Czech Republic at €71.3 million. Germany, Spain and France took the second, third and fourth spots respectively. Demand for ice cream is expected to increase to €221 million by 2026, growing at a rate of 0.3% year on year. Since 2020, demand has jumped by 2.4%. France, Spain and the UK took the second, third and fourth spots respectively.
