On the other hand, Colombia's fertilizer exports will see a slight decrease over the next five years, with a 0.5% year-on-year fall on average. In 2021, the country ranked 26th globally with 106,480 metric tons. Senegal, Norway, Belgium and Finland ranked ahead at 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th respectively. Finally, Colombia saw a decrease in its fertilizer production in 2014, with figures of 707,150 metric tons, down from 769,490 metric tons the previous year.
