The country's demand has decreased by 5.2% each year since 2007, placing it 87th in the 2021 rankings – one spot lower than Cameroon. Brazil, Spain and Thailand are the top importers in that order. On the export side, Honduras is expected to see an average 3.4% annual growth, reaching 16,050 metric tons by 2026 from 2021's 12,970 metric tons. The country's supply has risen by 1.3% each year since 2007, putting it 47th in the 2021 rankings, one spot higher than Taiwan. Norway, Belgium and Finland are the top exporters in that order.
