In 2018, Thailand's consumption of goat meat was 3,000 metric tons – a slight decrease from the 3,000 metric tons the previous year. The country was ranked 110th, with Jamaica overtaking it at 3,000 metric tons. India, Pakistan and Iran were the top three countries in the ranking. Thai goat meat production also decreased, from 2,000 metric tons in 2017 to 2,000 metric tons in 2018. The country ranked 107th, with Taiwan overtaking it at 2,000 metric tons. Australia, India and Pakistan were the top three countries in the ranking.
