Italian Sausage Sales are set to reach €2.5 billion by 2026, an increase of 2.2% per year on average. This follows a 6.9% year-on-year increase since 2013. Italy came in third in the 2021 rankings, behind France and Poland. Poland overtook Italy with sales of €2.2 billion. France, Poland and Italy took the top three spots in the rankings.
