British sausage sales are set to hit nearly one billion euros by 2026. In 2021 the UK ranked 7th in terms of sausage sales, with Austria narrowly overtaking them at 988 million euros. France, Poland and Italy all took the top three spots. Since 2013, the British market has seen an average drop of 1.9% year on year.
