In 2021, the United States was the top importer of Spanish rum, with a total of $141 million. Italy, the United States and Spain followed in second, third and fourth place, respectively. France overtook the United States as the top exporter of Spanish rum, with a total of $80 million. The United States, Italy and France were the second, third and fourth largest exporters, respectively.
