Croatian rum exports are expected to drop 10.5% in 2021 to around $43,400, compared to $80,500 in 2020. This will be the lowest level since 1997, when exports were 17.1% lower. Croatia was ranked 87th in 2021, with Romania taking the lead at $80,500. The United States, Italy and France were ranked second, third and fourth respectively. Croatian rum imports are predicted to grow 3% to roughly $4.1 million in 2021, compared to $3.4 million in 2020. This will be the highest level since 1997, when imports increased by 6.1%. Croatia was ranked 51st in 2021, with Argentina leading the pack at $3.4 million. Italy, the United States and Spain came in second, third and fourth place respectively.
